Close to the centre of the city, just a short walk away. Good secure parking. Usual high Hilton standards
Loved the hotel very clean, staff very helpful, bed brill, loved the stay
Not quite central enough, pubs clubs a little distance away, not enough nite life around
I liked where it is situated and I was able to go the shops, pubs and clubs within walking distance. very central for buses etc as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast.
We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in customer service was excellent throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent staff, rooms, food, and comfort. We would definitly stay here again and would recomend this hotel to everyone. Thanks June Gray
The Hotel is centrally located for Aberdeen's shopping and attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are of a high standard. It was not excessively expensive. It was very useful to be able to use the business centre.
Staff is friendly and the location convenient. The shower is great.
It is overprice but Aberdeen is a rip-off anyway so I guess it is OK. The room is too small. There is no place to move around; the bed taking the whole space
The courteous staff were an excellent representation of hilton at its finest
Staff friendly and accommodating although service at reception was slow at busy times. The room was great and we had a good night so I guess the blurb about the beds was true.We enjoyed the food that we had but felt that the dinner menu was limited and vegetarian choices were as good as none existent. The most disappointing feature was the bar contents which contained no real ales even in bottle form. However we considered it was good value for money and would stay there again although we would drink and probably eat else where.
I have stayed in a lot of hotels round the world, this is the best.
good clean hotel good food friendly staff
The Hilton Garden Inn is in a fantastic location. It is only a few minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants and bars. We staying in a twin room that had wider than average comfortable single beds. The room was clean and had good facilities such as an iron, fridge, tv, air con and hairdryer. Our room looked out on to the street but we did not have any trouble with noise. The breakfast offered a wide selection of both cooked and uncooked food as well as freshly made waffles.
We ate lunch in the Granite Bar one day and it was a bit disappointing. The service lacked a bit and the waitress seemed stressed out and wasn't sure if she was coming or going. My food was ok although my fellow guest had the chargrilled chicken main course and the chicken was charred on the outside but still pink in the middle. When we were there the waitress received a few complaints about the food and she said it was not there usual chef so maybe this was a once off.
Spotless clean bedrooms with a bright, airy modern feel.excellent location for any city activities.
Very comfortable, superb location and the best staff ever!
I would actually like my windows to be open a little bit at least... was a bit stuffy(
The staff and the cleanliness. When you spoke to a member of staff, they treated you as if you were their only customer, even though they were very busy.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The were proactive and happy to book taxis etc for us.
