It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Also, it had parking on site. The restaurant was located within 100 metres.
-
Everyone who works there was GREAT. Big rooms, excellent value for money.
-
Best base for 4 nights. We spent our evenings in nearby Chop Grill & Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. The breakfast staff of this hotel were lovely. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were very clean.
-
I stayed here for a night. The bath tub did not have a telephone which was really inconvenient. The room was spacious and clean. However the breakfast was very poor.
The room.
The shower and breakfast.

Hotel location made easy to get into and out the city of with a car to surrounding countryside which is what we really wanted it for. The breakfast and bar facilities were good, but as usual with big chain hotels, the wine list and spirit list was very limited and some things listed were not available. The staff couldn't have been more obliging or helpful. The room was very comfortable but the wi-fi was very unreliable and required numerous re-logins. All the stay needed was sunny weather! We've seen Aberdeen and the surrounds now so the Hilton did exactly what we wanted.
It's on the edge of a not so nice area at night. The entry and exit from the car parking was difficult - codes didn't work and you really needed two people to work the gates.
-
The location and the staff are very helpfull.
-
Personnel was very helpful and polite, our room was spacious, clean and cosy and the hotel is located right in the centre of Aberdeen. The breakfast is excellent including everything from waffles to fish and to black pudding.
According to Booked.net, the check-in is at 14 pm which is not true, it's at 15 pm.

Clean, modern rooms and we had interconnecting rooms next to our two children which was perfect and much appreciated.
Nothing really. They initially said only one type of drink was allowed as the free drink in the kids menu when the menu clearly indicated otherwise but corrected themselves when they deleivered the meal without me having to ask. Also the printer wasn't working when I checked out but they said they would send the bill on and there was no problem - these things happen.

Everybody was very polite and helpful and always there to help you if needed.was very clean and good atmosphere
The only thing I would of liked to have changed was so you could smoke in your room
-
Cleanliness of hotel, room decor, large comfortable bed, very good breakfast
Sirloin steak in restaurant was disappointing. No interest shown by waiters as to whether I enjoyed the evening meal (it was expensive). No-where in bathroom to hang wet towels/clothes.

I stay in hotels every week and can honestly say I have never met friendlier staff who couldn't do enough for you, very refreshing and excellent levels of service

The location, staff (front desk, bar, restaurant, cleaning) all amazingly helpful and pleasant. Parking available. Stylish. modern and very comfortable room.
New hotel - we had plumbing problems, the shower did not drain away and overflowed - we were offered another room so very prompt response. I think king size beds should have king size bottom sheet, it only came three quarters up and the gap was covered by lovely pillows, but the sheet soon came adrift. Fruit juice in the foyer machine would have been nice. But on the whole - we had a great three days at the hotel combining work with pleasure.
-
near city centre, shops and restaurants, free wired broad band internet in the room, excellent flat LCD 32 inch TV with more than 90 channels, new hotel, I will go again only if the price did not increase
rooms medium size, no hot water in hand wash basin, but offered to change the room, we did not mind and stayed in the same room

The hotel was really nice. The beds can be adjusted to ur own comfort soft or firm. The hotel is now open for almost 5 weeks and relatively new. The staff is really nice and helpfull. Breakfast is very good. The hotel lays next to a road but even for me as a light sleeper it was good. The city centre is easily reachable walking about 5/10 minuts. It looks like it is far off but its not. The railway station is about 15/20 minuts walking.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Aberdeen was absolutely superb in every way. The hotel itself was of an excellent standard and very centrally located but we were even more impressed with all of the staff we came into contact with. The reception staff (3 of whom we had various interactions with) were faultless and could not have been more helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with queries and requests and were friendly, polite and extremely pleasant throughout. Very highly recommended to all.
